Business Manager - Sales - IT Hardware/CAD Software (5-10 yrs)
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as business manager or relevant role (6-8 years of relevant experience) in CAD/PLM sales
2. Siemens CAD/PLAM products/solutions sales experience (minimum 3-4 years)
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Preferably MBA in business management & BE in mechanical engineering
Candidate should have been involved in :
1. Devising & executing a business Plan
2. Alliance management & vendor relationship management
3. Planning & executing a marketing plan (demand gen plan etc..)
4. Should possess good connects in the industry (enterprises - manufacturing (auto, Industrial machinery) & process industries)
Responsibilities :
1. Complete responsibility of Siemens direct sales (design and execute business plans/ strategies for driving Siemens business)
2. Responsible for business expansion, drive regional sales teams and acquire new customers
3. Guide & Supervise the activities of sales managers & ensure smooth work-flow
4. Maintain relationships with OEM's ; build competency (guide our tech team to enhance their abilities)
5. Drive marketing & demand generation plan to build funnel/pipeline
6. Represent the company in events, conferences etc. and travel across India to build healthy relationship with OEM sales, channel teams & unearth large opportunities
