Remuneration Structure : Overseas Salary/ Savings (Tax Free, Transferred to NRE Bank A/c in India, payable on quarterly basis) + monthly local salary + Performance Bonus + Fully furnished accommodation + Car + Driver + Medical + LTA to the home country once a year with 30 days leave with tickets.
