Business Manager - Sales - Home Loan (2-7 yrs)
Job Details:
1. Daily visits to affordable housing customers who have expressed requirements for home loans.
2. Develop strong relations with channels and source leads from builders & other channel partners with daily visits to expand their business with the company.
3. Manage customer acquisition and channel management on a daily field visits backed by digital marketing campaign and paperless processes.
4. Work closely with credit, operations, technology, customer service functions to deliver a superior customer experience
5. Be the expert on informal and semi-formal businesses and their livelihood, use our digital technology, CRM, industry knowledge to engage the builders, channels and customers for our three offerings - find my home (apnagharkhoj.com), finance my home (agrimhfc.com).
Skills Needed:
- Business oriented Graduate having a presentable personality and willing to travel every day.
- 2 plus years work experience with an HFC/ NBFC/ Fintech in home loan to self- employed.
- Ability to interact in Local Language and Hind
