Purpose of Job

Ensure profitability of the branch, and contribution to the revenue of the state by ensuring all Company policies, practices & guidelines are adhered to as per approved policy. All constituents of the branch functions in a seamless manner & build synergy in overall operations of the Unit.

1-Business and Financial Management

- Branch Profitability

- Portfolio Management

- Credit Quality demonstrated by non-starters, delinquency and New Customer Acquisition

- Growth in volume funding

- 100% LI activation for all months

- Contribution to revenue

- Maintenance of average IRR

2-Customer Focus

- Retention and exit of customers

- No.of customers to whom top-ups are given

3-People / Team

- Attrition in the branch

- No.of employees groomed to the next level

4-Process / Quality Improvement

- Maintenance of all registers and statutory requirements

- Branch Audit rating

- Branch Administration / Hygiene

5- Identification, development and supervision of Channels through regular visits

6- Regularly tracks the team on logins, performance and achievements all the while providing them inputs and keeping them on their toes.

7- Ensures all the manning gaps are filled

8- Provide solutions on issues faced and thoughts which can lead to more business generation

9- Ensure delivery is spaced out through the month rather than accumulation towards month end.

10- Takes initiative and co-ordinates with the marketing department in brand building and undertakes direct and indirect marketing activities
