Position - Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Summary

The business manager /AM will be the responsible for BD . The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company. He/she will manage client accounts and come up with new sales leads. This includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Data base Management of new client.

- Finding and following new sales leads, calling to perspective clients.

- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients

- Attending networking events

- Negotiating sales contracts

- Preparing sales contracts as per company guidelines

- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients

- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data

- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty

- Market research on industry trends in FMS.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Self-motivated and self-directed

- Bachelor's Degree /MBA.

- Three to five years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, facility Management, Man power industry, Hospitality & other service related industry
