Job Title : Business Manager (Sales)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager with a strong background in sales and marketing, specifically within the cutting tools manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, sound knowledge of marketing strategies, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for cutting tools in the manufacturing industry.

2. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication, meetings, and product presentations.

4. Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals by effectively negotiating contracts.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production planning, engineering, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products.

6. Continuously evaluate market conditions and competitors' activities to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within the cutting tools manufacturing industry.

3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles and experience developing effective strategies to penetrate new markets.

4. Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated experience closing deals at various levels within organizations.

5. Solid understanding of the manufacturing industry's dynamics with specific emphasis on cutting tools.

1. Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - along with persuasive presentation abilities.
