Business Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Profile:-
- Planning long to mid-term strategy for the business with the Business Head.
- Building short to medium term business plan, profit and loss management, by collaborating
- with each department (Product/Marketing/Sales)
- Driving and Monitoring key success metrics of each department - Product/Marketing/Sales/Service ensuring larger targeted revenue metrics add up.
- Working on new projects, including partnerships that drive short to long-term growth for the vertical.
Candidate Profile:-
- Min 2 years- experience as Business Manager preferably driving Digital Business with Insurance companies
- MBA from a renowned B School.
- Experience marketing/selling investment based products through digital partnerships or directly in a Life Insurance company.
- Strong competencies in Analytics.
