Business Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the operations and growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the organization meets its financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee daily operations and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.

Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
