Business Manager - Sales - Bank (2-5 yrs)

Role : Business Manager/Sr Business Manager
location : Gurgaon/Delhi/Bangalore/Noida/Hyderabad
Experience : 2-4 Yrs
Roles & Responsibilities :
- We are looking for experienced and dynamic loan experts who will engage with customers to understand their financial needs and take the file to conversion.
- Assist customers and gather loan application information, documents ensuring accuracy Mand compliance standards as per organisation.
- You should be open for customer visits as per customer requirements and application process if required.
- Collect all mandatory and necessary details to complete the application form for login and eligibility check for home loan/LAP.
- Understand the customer needs and guide him on the complete loan process including TAT and basic details like KYC, documents required for login.
- Adherence to organisation TAT, SLA's and SOP for quality output and maximum conversion.
- Complete knowledge of all the product types and financiers and guide customers with the right fit of product.
What You Need To Know/Have:
- 1-5 years of experience in sales of home loans/LAP in banks/NBFC/fintech
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of microsoft office
- Open for physical visits to customers if required
- Ready to adapt new systems quickly
