Business Manager- Sales - Adhesive & Plywood (7-11 yrs)

- Creating and managing distribution channel, Achievement of Reach Targets - Primary and Secondary Reach
- Team Management, Retention and Growth of team through performance/motivation
- Distributor and Key Account Management.
- Meeting A/B/C category outlets at the specified frequency to build relationships and increase market share and business
- Receivables and Inventory Management (Working Capital Management)
- MIS in the prescribed formats - Secondary Sales monitoring, Stock and Sales of channel partners etc

- Achievement of Targeted Primary/Secondary sales (both volume and value targets) with specific focus on premium products
- Prescribed Reach/Depth of distribution in line with expansion plan
- Key account opening (new accounts) and growth of existing accounts as per plan
- Maintaining right product mix as per plan
- Debtor management/collections of O/S in line with defined NOD's and plan
- Retention and Growth of team through continuous motivation/training/coaching/performance management and incentive earnings (frontline attrition < 10 % p.a)
- Communication/Monitoring of schemes and timely settlement (subsequent month) for trade
- Scheme utilization/spends in line with Approved spends
- Tracking competition activity/launch of new customized grades to enhance market share
