Business Manager - SaaS Sales (4-15 yrs)
Business Manager - SAAS SALES
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our solutions' features, functionality, and benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales ranging from $200K to $500K on a yearly basis.
- Engage with prospects to understand their use case, business challenges, goals, and requirements, and tailor product demonstrations to address their specific needs.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products and demonstrate how they can solve the client's pain points and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and follow up with prospects to advance the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and users, to facilitate the sales process.
- Stay updated on product developments, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Track and report on product demonstration activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share by market research and relationship building to create targeted campaigns and drive results.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Lead and grow revenue from accounts that have high growth potential
- Be responsible for selling enterprise solutions to new/ existing clients
- Identify, ideate and develop new product revenue opportunities within the existing clients
- Ensure delivery of solutions as per client expectations/ agreement in a timely manner
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with the assigned customers.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and sales targets.
- Handle escalations and resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Work internally with the business, product, service delivery and marketing teams to sell & service customers effectively
- Capability to showcase data-making dashboards and Excel reports.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, competitors activities and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the market and improve sales strategies.
Strong sales and Account management skills.
- Ability to make formal and informal presentation to clients.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
