Business Manager - Retail - North (5-7 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing effective leadership

- Managing and motivating team to increase sales

- Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience

- Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with

- Making monthly and weekly sales plans, ensuring execution, delivering needed results

- Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning

- Developing new business through opening of Lladr shop in shop corners

- Expanding HNI Database - Customer data to be well collected, updated & maintained

- Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often

- Merchandise planning for boutiques

- Organising and participating in events

- Ensuring timely fund collections from clients

JOB PROFILE (for recruitment purpose only)

- Education. Bachelor / Masters - Degree / Diploma ( Sales & Marketing )

- Experience: 5 - 7 yrs of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brand

- Languages: Fluent English & Hindi

- Skills required:

- Organized & process oriented

- Brand Image Concerned

- Ability to write reports

- Self starter with excellent communications & presentation skills

- Serious, proactive and has the ability to handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.

- Strong computer & analytical skills
