Job Summary
The role is to become part of a dynamic sales team & drive business through all-round sales verticals. The incumbent will be in charge of a portfolio and will have the complete responsibility of input and expected results
(Preference to candidates from Banking/FMCG/Telecom/Wellness/Hospitality/Luxury retails industry)
Responsibilities and Duties
Role description
1. Identifying and building relationships with Channel, which includes Retail, International & Institutional Partners.
2. End to End ownership of the customers right from Lead Generation till the eventual closure.
3. Ensure smooth registration, training & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
4. Create & nurture the direct consumer base and ensure a healthy business contribution from it.
5. Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
6. Tap potential markets to open new areas of business.
7. Responsible for handling direct enquiries from ATL & BTL campaigns.
8. Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence & develop plans accordingly.
9. Adaptable to work under various micro markets, across segments and willingness to travel across geographical locations within Mumbai and if required outside Mumbai which would be need based.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Preferred Profile :
1. Go-getter, ability to take calculated risks.
2. Self-motivated.
3. Takes initiatives.
4. Should have excellent presentation skills, well-groomed and should be disciplined to represent Brand .
5. Minimum 2-3 years- sales experience post MBA (Full-time) or Graduates with 3 to 4 years- experience.
