Business Manager - Lead Generation/Marketing - IT (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
- Online and offline marketing: hands - on experience with social media like YT Channel, Facebook, digital media like SEM, SEO, Email, Newsletters/Blogs, ORM (Glassdoor, Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, etc) and PR.
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation and reporting process.
- Responsible for tracking, monitoring and analyzing ongoing B2B marketing initiatives .
- Anticipate revenues.
- Follow up with leads aggressively.
- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business
- Contact prospects to qualify leads
- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Conduct customer research
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
