Business Manager - Laboratory Sales Solutions Division (10-20 yrs)

Job Description: In this challenging role the candidate will be responsible for the Business Territory Manager (BTM) of Laboratory Sales Solutions (LSS) Division of Client in India to ensure profitable growth, drive market share and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory / district.
Key responsibilities and tasks for this position will be:
- Responsible for delivering the financial order performance for the Territory / District within a defined cost framework.
- Develop and Manage the Regional / District / Territory Sales Team (Direct) for Instrument Business.
- Work closely with LSS India Marketing Team to develop and drive marketing activities leading to demand generation for the business.
- Responsible for Annual Business Planning for the Business District / Territory in India and to Contribute to the operational planning.
- Ensure that the Sales Team is coached on Managing the Sales Funnel and maintain accuracy in forecasting of deals in the funnel. Also be responsible for the overall Sales Administration of the District / Territory.
Employee Development: Communicate effectively to the Team on Business Objectives from time to time; periodically evaluate rank performance and provide feedback to the team; Develop rewards program as and when required; Ability to manage teams remotely.
Qualifications : Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters Degree or Equivalent in Science or Management.
- At least 5 Years Experience in Managing Business (especially sales) and Leading team of Sales Executives in India
- Overall experience of Sales, Marketing or Service at least 10 years.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Strong Interpersonal Skills.
