Role Summary :
The incumbent will be responsible for planning and execution of the sales, marketing and sourcing strategy for the markets in Middle East & Africa. It will deal with identifying the business opportunities (Branded & Trading) in the said markets, Defining the business goals & action plans for the said markets, Getting an alignment on the business goals and action plans from the senior management, Delivering the agreed goals for the financial year within the agreed resources.

Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities
Planning - Analysis of market structure & size of opportunities in Branded & Trading Business
- Defining the sales, sourcing and marketing strategy for trading and branded businesses
- Developing the business plan for trading and branded businesses for JKHC in the MEA region
Execution :
- Responsible for achievement of budgeted revenue, ASP and PBT for the business
- Appointing local distributors and developing relationships with them for tapping into the opportunities in local markets
- Aligning the distributors with market specific business plan
- Developing relationship in local Wholesale for tapping into the trading market
- Developing relationships with local agencies for executing local market advertising, activations or media buys
- Developing relationships with local Modern Trade Retailers
Cross Functional Coordination - Developing the most suitable sourcing strategy for feeding the International markets in association with India Value Chain
- Coordination with India Finance team and Legal team for all financial and legal requirements
- Dotted line relationship with Raymond International Marketing Team

Qualifications :
Educational Qualifications - Must be an MBA preferably in International Business
Experience Required - Must have 8-10 years of experience in managing Middle East & African Markets in FMCG
- Proven Experience in growing a business from small to some scale in these markets
Professional Certifications Required - Ideally some certification in - International Marketing Or Trading-
Functional Skills Required - Very Good Understanding Of Middle East & African Markets & Consumers
- Extremely Strong Analytical Skills
- Good Mix Of Sales & Marketing Understanding
- People Management Specially Relationship Building
- Great Understanding Of Local Wholesale & Modern Trade
