Business Manager - Institutional Sales - Manufacturing (7-12 yrs)
Job Role
- Retain & develop relationship with existing government institutional businesses like CIL, SAIL etc
- Maintain relationship with superstructure manufacturers
- Explore new prospects of customers for CFT, garbage disposal, smart cities etc.
- Work closely with various Fire Service Departments across India
- Explore, propagate and develop nascent opportunities particularly large institutions and infra companies with Vermeer
- All the above will require capabilities to evolve new business models which will aid incubation/propogation of sales opportunities
- Work closely with product development team, application engineering team for creating techno commercial offerings
- Strong product knowledge
- Experience with consultative sales approach
- Direct selling/key account management/institutional & corporate selling
- Knowledge of truck/construction equipment/mining business/automotive heavy industrial industries
- Knowledge of product parts or service sales
- Customer Focus
- Conflict management-Negotiation skills
- Techno commercial
