Job Description
The main responsibilities for this position are to service key accounts, including distributors to accomplish sales, distribution and merchandising goals.
1) Achieving the Turnover targets & the product mix targets with 100% collection of all receivables from trade
2) Setting up / increasing distribution into new areas & establishing the existing ones to put them on the growth path
3) Increasing retail footprint by working on numeric reach & weighted distribution as per company's targets for each town
4) Managing & tracking the secondary & tertiary sales of each area through creative activation ideas and promotional activities
5) Ensuring the brand visibility in stores through merchandising & maintaining the POS material on shelf
6) Training & monitoring in shop promoters, demonstrators & market development executives for achieving the tertiary & secondary sales targets
7) Co-coordinating with the service franchisee to ensure trade & consumer satisfaction on all post sales service issues.
8) Maintaining the business hygiene by account reconciliation, periodic balance confirmation, collection of c forms & other such legal/compliance documents and reports submission in a disciplined manner
