Business Manager - FMCG (3-9 yrs)
The core purpose of the job is mass market assessment and identification of opportunities; Deploying channel strategies to gain market share. Execute appropriate distribution & Route-to-Market strategy with strong Sales Processes & Systems through effective and efficient front line team in place
Job Details:
- Responsible for Mass market channel growth
- Responsible for overall growth of the territories,
- Meet distribution & effective coverage plans.
- Eensure excellence in visibility.
- Adhere to sales operating procedures
- Ensure customer engagement and development at all levels.
- Develop & Coach field sales team
- Provide timely and accurate required MIS and set up sales automation.
- Effective and efficient utilization of trade spends and manpower budget
- Team size: 2-3 Direct and 30-35 Indirect
Candidate Profile:
- A good candidate would be one with 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience with an educational background of MBA from Tier-1/ Tier-2 (top 30 B-schools), have a high action-orientation and drive for results, should be well conversant with RTM and GTM strategies.
In case of non-premier B-school candidates the experience would be 7-9 years.
