Business Manager - Construction (8-13 yrs)
Job Description :
BE / B Tech Civil, Plus MBA / PGDBM with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and convincing ability
- Business Generation in North East Sector
- Geographical Study, Market Study and analysis
- Building of specifications for various clients and consultants
- Prepare detailed cost analysis for new projects along with project feasibility proposals
- Network with Main-contractors, client and consultants for project leads and market intelligence
- Generating Business Forecast Reports
- Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers
- Providing value based services and solutions
- Undertaking techno-commercial discussion & finalizing order of projects
- Estimation of each project cost, calculation of the gross/ net margin of each project
- Managing customer service operations & ensuring customer satisfaction.
Location : Guwahati/Kolkata (Only those willing to travel extensively in North-East to apply)
Knowledge of Reinforced Earth and Precast Structures will be a big advantage. Those having experience in highways, tunnels, dams, bridges, flyovers another such infra related projects will be preferred.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
