Hiring for a leading multinational company in food ingredients.

Job Description :

Purpose of the role :

The Business Manager - B2B Trade Channel is a Leadership Position in Organization. Person would be responsible to identifying, establishing & managing the relationship with Distributors of the industry. Responsibility of Growing companies trade and distribution business in India and region.

Major KRA's :

Leads a group of Individual Contributors to achieve/exceed sales targets within a designated territory and in a manner consistent with the market practices, company policy and goals.

Should have expert knowledge of the products responsible and a good understanding of the service offerings.

Have in-depth knowledge of customer's needs and sharpened competitive knowledge and market trends.

Works with all levels of customer management and develops long-term positive customer relationships, building loyalty and confidence as a preferred supplier. Is able to plan, assign work, motivate and coach the team while assuming responsibility for results of the team.

Sales and marketing activities of dairy/food ingredients.

Responsible for handling of distributors and its important accounts in designated area.

Provide reports on Account Sales, Development Projects and forecasts on monthly basis

Desired Candidate Profile :

Person with Preferred candidates who has an exposure in Food and Dairy industry, who has handled B2B segment with Distributors, relevant experience of 12-15 years in a supervisory role within a Distribution/Sales in B2B ingredients.

Qualifications :

B.Tech./M.Tech (Dairy Technology) /Food Science field from reputed institute with relevant experience.

People from Food Beverages Products sales background kindly excuse, Need a Person only from Food Ingredients sales background and must have B.Tech (Food Science/ Dairy Technology)

Education : UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Other Specialization
