- Hunstmen & Barons, a talent supply company having head quartered in Pune and spread in 4 different locations in India i.e. Delhi, Indore, Kota, Pune
- We are 10 years old organisation and since inception we have delivered to 200+ clients across Banking, NBFC, Technology services & Product, Manufacturing companies in and around India
Why this role
We are expanding our executive search business and looking for people who can partner this growth engine for 10 different SBU's with this business
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Business planning and implementation
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Establish professional network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
- Manage Business Reviews
- Ownership of P&L numbers - Topline and Bottomline of the specific ESBU (Executive Search Business Unit)
- Building sound and confident research team
Desired profile :
- Bachelor's Degree or an MBA and having experience of 5-6 Years or plus
- Have a desire to earn more than his /her current earnings
- He/she should be well networked and understanding about the value chain of the specific business sector
- Pleasing personality with apt communication skills
- Must have the ability to engage people through a conversation and Ability to spot a decision maker
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
