Business Lead - Luxury Sales - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)
1. The person will be responsible to build supply from developers in terms of villas, plots, farm land, row houses under BAU format.
2. The responsibility includes BD, Sales and distribution, P&L management, building team etc.
3. He/she to build HNI network to drive high ticket transactions
4. Handled Direct and Channel Sales.
5. In depth Market Intelligence with an analytical ability.

a. Konkan Coastal Line - Alibaug, Kashed, Murud, Dapoli etc.
b. Sahyadri Hills - Lonavala, Khandala, Kamshet,Talegaon, Igatpuri, Karjat, Pali, Panchgani,Mahabaleshwar
c. Western belt - Palghar, Manor and more
d. Goa
Experience :
1. 12 to 15 years of experience in Real estate and selling HNI BAU format.
2. Experience in doing transaction beyond 8 crs plus in plotted development and luxury second home format.
3. Should have worked in mentioned markets.
4. Strong one on one HNI connect (domestic and international)
