Business Lead - Digital Marketing - BFSI (8-11 yrs)
- 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing domain, with 4 years of experience in leading a Digital Business team
- Have demonstrable experience in acquisition of Digital-Direct Investors - Mainly in SEM and Performance
- Have demonstrable experience in Lead Generation of Mutual Fund Intenders through Investor Awareness Campaigns
- Prior experience of Cross-selling & Upselling to Existing Investors: Analyze, Segment & Identify Propensity
- Managed Smart Journeys across Multiple Customer Touch points - Email/SMS/Web, etc.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with partner team members and influencing strategic partners at the CXO level.
- Experience of website and Marketing analytics tool Acquisition of Digital-Direct Investors - Search, Social, Display & Affiliates
- Managing Strategic partnerships, driving Business, publishing reports etc for different partners like e-commerce, Payment Bank, Mobile Wallets, Aggregators and other distribution networks
- Driving and managing digital performance and awareness campaigns aimed at acquiring customers via Straight-through website transactions and Offline Conversions through the call center.
- Cross-sell & Upsell to Existing Investors
- Data driven approach to improve performance across marketing funnel, to optimize spends across all channels.
- Managing Website (pre-login) content and SEO activities including Technical Audit, content restructuring etc and generating business effectively
- Responsible for digital acquisition & customer analytics to improve bottom funnel.
- Strategizing and implementing performance campaigns including audience segmenting and structuring of campaigns, creating effective ad copy, creating/enhancing landing pages, and generating leads and increasing straight through online investments
- Handling lead conversion cycle to improve lead to conversion ratio from performance marketing campaigns
- Strategize and create segmented communication for push notifications across Digital platforms i.e SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Notification etc
- Monitor, analyze and Improve the overall Likes, Reach, Engagement on various social media handles.
- Owning online channel/ alternate channel marketing calendar and ensure adherence by responsible team members, stakeholders and vendors.
- Responsible for approving online marketing content created by Digital Marketing team member
- Vendor management for website, search engine optimization, media planning, creative agencies etc.
