Business Head/Vice President - Sales - EduTech (4-10 yrs)
Business Head / VP of sales - IIM/IIT/Edutech experience Mandatory
Education Industry experience is Mandatory
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to contribute to our company's sales objectives.
- Your responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships.
- Setting the direction and strategies for the channel and for team, Managing P&L and business development, reviewing the performance against set objectives to ensure the financial health
- He should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.
- Exploring the new business opportunities and building the alternate channel.
- Developing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans.
- Leads, directs and motivates the channel partners in order to achieve the predefined sales volume and profit goals of organization.
- Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
- Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Designing, running and tracking the right mix of promotions at each Institution/ Hospital and within hospital's chain pharmacies.
- Prepare, develop and implement Corporate Account strategies and detailed account plans for large targeted accounts, to achieve the revenue growth and increase market share growth
- Lead north region sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

- Proven work experience as a Sales Head.
