Business Head - Sales - Supply Chain Finance/Working Capital Vertical (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and supervise a company's activities and its employees to ensure that the workers are aligned with the company's goals.
- Responsible for achieving sales target.
- Developing relevant business proposal.
- Supporting our B2B- customers and understanding their needs
- Lead teams responsible for sales-retailer finance, channel finance and distribution of third-party products.
- Manage overall OEM program.
- Develop, manage, and report on a sales pipeline.
- Participating in new business negotiations
- Involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
- Must have min 5-10 years of experience of handling Working capital finance/Invoice funding with an OEM/NBFC or bank
- Ability to handle large distribution channels
- Ability to draw business strategies and execute it successfully
- Preferably MBA in marketing or Finance
