Business Head - Sales - Organic Food Product (17-22 yrs)

Job Summary :


The Business Head will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end operations of the company. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader to handle multiple departments, including Purchase, Logistics, Marketing, and E-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic planning, team management, and driving business growth in the organic food sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning and Execution :

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

Purchase and Supply Chain Management:

- Oversee the procurement of high-quality organic products and raw materials.

- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and sustainable supply chain.

Logistics and Operations :

- Ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics and inventory management.

- Optimize the supply chain to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.

Marketing and Sales :

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions.

E-commerce Management :

- Oversee the e-commerce platform to enhance customer experience and drive online sales.

- Implement strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Team Leadership and Development :

- Lead and mentor department heads and teams to achieve their targets.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Financial Management :

- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Compliance and Quality Control :

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Maintain the highest quality standards for all products and operations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- 17+ years of experience in business management, preferably in the organic food or FMCG sector.

- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce operations.

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and achieving business growth.

- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
