Job Description :
- Business head will require an individual highly skilled in planning new products and upgrading existing products and managing the product design, Solutions design development, and delivery of technology products.
- Good to have experience in similar domain for our company product of Mobile Accessories like Power Bank / Data Cable / USB Cable / Mobile Charger / Mini Speaker / Head Set, etc.
- Business Head will be responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
- He will be responsible for generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for agreed targets.
- He will be responsible in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.
- He will be responsible for keeping our sales contracts up to date and for checking all sales contracts prior to signature to ensure company policies are upheld.
- He will be expected to lead enterprise-level sales opportunities and coordinate project teams for six and seven figure accounts.
- He will be expected to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
- He will develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing agency relationships.
- He will contribute to the personal development of all Business Development Managers and Executives through excellent leadership and performance management.
- He will be continually refine the sales process and ensue that the Sales Team work effectively and prioritise workloads.
- He will be responsible for ensuring that you maintain an excellent level of technical knowledge regarding all areas.
- He will be responsible for delivering regular training to the sales team in both selling and technical knowledge.
- He will be responsible for leading regular sales meetings.
- He will be responsible for fair allocation and distribution of inbound leads.
- He will work closely with the marketing team to identify event opportunities.
- He will assist with the preparation of the Sales reports.
