Business Head - Sales & Marketing - IT (6-12 yrs)
- Develops strategic plan by understanding the technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; creating strategies, plans & objectives
- Handling GTM strategy, Brand Positioning, Brand Awareness, etc.
- Ensures implementation of the strategy designed to grow the business. Develops, reviews, updates and implements plans for sales, financial performance, people performance and new product development.
- Communicates strategy and results to the region's employees and drives performance of the team to meet or exceed planned objectives.
- Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures for the region.
- Increases team's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing development & growth opportunities.
- Grows the region, makes important decisions about sales approach and network development while also leveraging the strengths of team to deliver the high-quality, high-impact work that makes up the core of company's reputation.
- Drives high quality customer experience in the region.
- Participates in formulating and administering overall organizational strategic planning & growth frameworks. Develop & implements long-range company goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives for the long term.
- Provides inputs to engineering and product to impact the company technology design concepts or new technology used for new or existing business to drive cost reduction, safety, better customer experience and market growth.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
Desired candidate :
- Candidate from Premium Institution are preferred with relevant experience in IT start-up company.
- Relevant 6-12 years of experience
- Should have prior or current experience of working in a startup organization
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, brand management, brand strategy, Brand Awareness, etc.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Post-graduate degree will be preferred.
