Business Head - Sales & Marketing - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
Candidate is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing markets by performing the following duties personally.
Essential Functions :
1. Develops and implements strategic sales plans ( specifically Dine-in Sales) and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
2. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
3. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
4. Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy to enhance revenues substantially.
5. Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards of industry and ongoing economic trends.
6. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to ensure that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
7. Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
