Roles and Responsibilities :
- Revenue driven approach by adding new programs and clienteles
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive L&D programs targeted at both B2B clients and launch B2C programs to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of learning strategies with business objectives across various domains.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the L&D team, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence.
- Identify and address training needs through innovative solutions that enhance employee skills and contribute to professional growth.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to enhance the diversity and quality of L&D initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the L&D programs provided.
- Utilize data and analytics to track training outcomes and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as necessary.
