Business Unit Head - IT Recruitment (Permanent Staffing)
- Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives.
- Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company strategy and budget for Market.
- Mapping Head-hunting exercise for adding - Niche/ CXO level roles.
- Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs.
- Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
- Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients
- Stay focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business
- Build strategic relationships with key clients
- Prepare and submit annual budgets, plans and periodic progress reports to the Management and monitor performance to ensure budget achievement
- Able to self-drive-Vertical and handle the team with less supervision.
- Providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to a group of individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.
- Providing help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
- Developing a strong working relationship with team members, hiring managers clients to build a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
Qualification And Experience :
- 9-15 Plus years of experience with technology leadership experience and hands-on leader to guide essential change efforts and operationalize important People Team and growth programs.
- The role will fully own all aspects PL of the company including revenue growth, business development, operational excellence, technology, finance, and human resources.
- Responsible for farming/hunting new account through his CXO connects/relationship or through his Sales/Account Management team.
- This role is expected to be a role model, change agent and thought-leader for the entire business unit/centre.
- The candidate will acquire a deep knowledge of the business landscape and evaluate risks and opportunities and contribute to the strategy to induce best-suited software engineering methods, drive technology adoption within the organization and study changing customer requirements and competition to develop strategies to succeed in domestic/international markets.
- Lead the technology Operations team and have an executive overview of business management across multiple locations.
