Location - Mumbai
Job Description/Desired Profile :
- Generating Business from Project [Architects, Builders and Contractors] and Channel [Dealers and Distributors] Sales.
- Interfacing with Architects, Interior Designers, Commercial Offices for pitching and project work.
- Handling large team of sales and marketing for achieving predefine sales target.
- Keep key customers and influencers informed of all new collections.
- Suggest and Drive the branding activities.
- Be a part of Product development team.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and cultivate a long term customer relationship.
- Participate in Exhibitions.
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company with a high morale amongst employees.
- Analysing and interpreting market, industry and competitor trends to facilitate Marketing and sales planning.
- Managing backend operations team.
- Overlooking supply chain and logistics.
- Monitoring target sales vs actual sales of all channels.
- Responsible for Profit and Loss of the product category.
- Service management to all channels.
Education:
- Min. qualification of Post Graduate
- Total experience and Skills required:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Textile (apparel, home furnishing and other creative industries)
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Well groomed and pleasant
- Team Management
