Business Head - Sales - Healthcare - Ophthalmic Division (12-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
a) Defining the overall strategy and plan from launch to scale
b) Developing and implementing scalable and efficient strategies for exponential growth
c) Driving growth, profitability and company value
d) Attracting, retaining and developing world-class talent
e) Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture
f) Driving day-to-day operations
g) Aligning resources to achieve key business goals
h) Owning the operational budget and managing burn rate
i) Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the strategic objectives
j) Providing expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales and product
k) Reporting updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals
l) Building strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth
m) Being the public champion for the business
n) Establishing credibility throughout the customer and partner network
2) Candidate Requirements/specifications :
a) +5 years of experience leading and scaling a high growth start-up, preferably a company with venture funding and 50+ employees
a. Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) from a good institute
b. P&L responsibilities at Business Head or another senior level
c. Proven track record of building successful products and high performing teams from the ground up
d. Prior working experience in developing digital healthcare products and solutions
e. Relevant industry experience
f. Experience in managing a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders
