Business Head - Sales - FMCG/eCommerce (15-18 yrs)
This is an end-to-end business role with full P&L accountability. The person will develop, execute & deliver on the strategic and financial plans of the brand's business. Besides, the role also requires nurturing a strong ecosystem of leading beauty influencers in the country and globally to ensure the brand is viewed as a leading source of beauty expertise and trends by the community.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for building the brand's business from the ground up and realize its true potential - in financial and equity terms
- Complete ownership of P&L
- Ensure identification of relevant categories, brands and vendors for the brand's assortment and customers
- Ensure optimal focus on product portfolio growth and management
- Ensure ongoing Market research to understand pricing, best practices, and competition benchmarking
- Co-owning revenue and category share targets and P&L for the brand
- Build and nurture trade partner relationships for joint campaigns to achieve business goals
- Own cross-functional efforts for the brand by collaborating with Product/tech, Marketing, Social Media, Webcom and Design teams to impact customer engagement and retention
- Analyse data and use insights to build efficiencies; to pilot new projects that improve the conversion funnel and the brand's customer's experience
- Actively contribute to Member growth and portfolio balance (offline, online)
- Closely work on Member programs and events for continuous engagement
- Relationship Management and joint business planning with the assigned set of brands
Requirements :
Experience :
- 15+ years of experience with Leading FMCG & E-commerce business
- E-B2B / 0 to 1 experience will be a plus
- Beauty experience will be a plus
Education :
- Master's degree in a relevant field
