About the Role :
- This role is for one-stop platform for any aspirant wishing to study abroad.
- It is a transaction platform for students to apply to the university of choice
- You will own P&L, build processes and lead teams
- You will also drive the product roadmap, marketing plan and customer experience for your funnel You will work closely with engineering, product, design and marketing to deliver results
Responsibilities :
- Own P&L for your funnel
- Build, run and improve business workflows and processes
- Identify, measure and improve important metrics
- Building the team, managing performance
- Do whatever it takes to win
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in P&L management, Operations, Program Management or Sales
- Exceptional at moving business metrics using all possible levers
- Exceptional at operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes
- Exceptional at people management
- Exceptional at managing multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, marketing
- Ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments
- Work experience in early-stage startups (0 ->1) or founding experience is a plus
- Bachelors or equivalent degree from premier institutes is a plus
