Business Head - Sales - Audio Products (3-9 yrs)
Business Head- 3 years - Electronics brand (audio products)
Looking for someone to head and lead an upcoming electronics brand for audio products (speakers, earphones, headphones). You will be a partner and be responsible for the growth of the brand.
We are looking for a well-organized Head of Operations who can direct and manage our organization's current day-to-day business activities. The responsibilities of a Head of Operations include formulating and implementing strategies and plans to grow the brand and create sales. You will be part of the top management and decision makers for the business.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals and acerbating the business
- Heading and overlooking entire business operations
Responsible for :
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Must be able to form own team, as per requirements, and handle all departments.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions to assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Minimum 3 years experience
Knowledge of business functions :
- Experience in successfully launching/ running a start-up business and have contributed in successfully propelling its business into a growth and development phase; to high-growth cycles to achieve its current market position is a bonus
- Proven leadership and ability to develop highly effective and measurable strategies to drive revenue growth, increase customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Age is no barrier but you must have the drive to take the business to the next level and execute strategies and goals with teams.
- Business or management background preferred
