Role : Business Head - Dairy
Reporting to : CEO - Animal Health
Location : Navi Mumbai
Experience : min 10 years of team handling experience in Cattle segment
Responsibilities:
- Head the Animal Health - Dairy business
- Prepare and implement the annual Business Plan for the Dairy segment in line with the expectations of the CEO and Company's management
- Implement and achieve the business plan and objectives
- Plan monthly and quarterly management meetings and reports
- Be a part of the senior management team that will strategize and manage the Animal Health business in CBL
- Lead the team in such a manner that Company achieves leadership position in the industry in terms of revenue growth, profitability, financials, innovation, customer service, and ethics
