Business Head - Lighting Sales (2-5 yrs)
Detailed Job Profile:
- Candidate should have experience in Lighting sales into projects, working with Architects / Contractors / Builders and doing direct sales
- To develop relations with the key people in Builder as well as Commercial Segments (MNCs) viz. in-house architects, client's purchase department, Government Segment to churn out major business.
- Mainly meant for going to architects presenting the products and talking about it.
- Touch base with min 3 Architects a day. Take Appointment daily; give them clarity of what are the products that we deal with and keep them in contact.
- Keeping architects in good books, actually there are people who are already into field available because lots of people from other construction industry already do this.
- Giving architects confidence that they can buy from us and closing the deal, they should be extremely good in their talk and presentation
- Candidate should be having broad knowledge of Bangalore city and ready to travel across Bangalore
- Develop sales proposals
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
Develop business plans and sales strategies, prepare action plan for effective lead management and sales execution.
Languages To Be Known: English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil & Telugu (Optional)
Prefer Candidates from Interior Sales/Training Institutes (Interior)
