Business Head - Events/Mobile VAS/Content Monetization Verticals - Media (12-18 yrs)
Responsible for the profit and loss of Event, Mobile VAS, Content Monetization verticals. Responsible for revenue, overall business strategy and running the vertical as a financially independent business unit
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility Deliver on P&L as per plan for Events Business
- Generate revenue for Entertainment properties, through sponsorship sales
- Identifying potential market segments and develop them as new business
- Work closely with planning and execution team to offer customized solutions to key clients and agencies
- Monitor progress on targets by analyzing MIS on a periodic basis
- Deliver on P&L as per plan for Mobile VAS/Content Business
- Develop and implement business strategy across the revenue streams of Mobile VAS, Instore Radio and Content Monetization
- Overall revenue responsibility; Implement and execute the revenue and content plan
- Develop the product and content strategy for Mobile VAS along with the creative team and liaison and develop strong relations with key client operators
- Scale up the Instore business by increasing the network of stores and increasing advertising revenues from key clients
- Develop the model for the content monetization business for domestic and global markets
- Scan the environment to gain insights into competitor strategies, potential business opportunities and market trends
- Analyze the financial performance of the function and identify and remove bottlenecks to performance

Integral member of the Management Team
Work with senior management team to develop and maintain a strategic perspective based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction in organizational direction, program and services, and decision-making; and, ensure the overall health and vitality of the vertical.
