Business Head - Event Management Sector (9-15 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Spearheading a significant part of corporate business for the organisation
- Leading multiple teams to handle Key Accounts
- Tracking new prospects and develop new clients
- Ability to function and adapt seamlessly in multiple roles from event producer to idea generator to team leader to crisis manager.
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and provide customer service excellence.
- Analyzing the market for the best way forward while balancing a healthy P&L and net profit target.
- Handling key client account relationships and make business development efforts.
- Setting up business development team to drive funnel for client servicing functions.
Skills Required :
- Incumbent should bring minimum 8+ years experience in Event Management sector.
- Must have handled & mentored a team.
- Exposure in handling large P&L responsibility.
- Someone well conversant with the market & well networked to generate business in the given sector.
- Good executive presence.
