Scope /Role :
- Territory heads, Account Managers of key accounts, makes presentations across, product verticals, establishes relationships, manages Govt Liaison agents, ensures presence in all relevant tenders, P&L responsible.
Key skills: B2B Selling, Concept Selling, Selling Strategy, Govt. Selling & Relations, New Client Acquisition, Business Development.
Desired Candidate Profile: MBA/ PGDBM in Marketing.
Experience: 10 to 20 years, Excellent track record of sales experience in to B2B sales, Concept selling and Govt. Sales.
Job Description :
1- Identifying new stream of business opportunities and en-cashing them on time.
2- P&L Responsibility of the region.
3- Evaluating market trends and conducting a competitors analysis to achieve market share metrics
4- Conceptualizing and driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical Top line and Bottom line targets from primary and secondary markets.
5- Developing new & managing existing relationships with the Promoters and other key stakeholders
6- Motivating and training a team on regular basis on product and presentation
7- Mentoring, and guiding the team to ensure sales-business generation and achievement of budgeted figures
8- Networking and making Alliances with PSU and Govt. organizations.
9- En-cooperate our product Specifications & release tender liaison with Government
10- Developing sales strategies and executing them to build sales pipeline
11- Independently manage the sales cycle end to end from cold calling, business development, qualification, negotiation and closure of the deal .
