- Making proper format for uploads as per magento
- Preparation of category template, QC, Final CSV
- Preparation of Image Link with the help of S3 browser.
- Adding of required categories,color,material or any other attributes on the backend if its required.
- Updation and Deletion of products manually as per the need from the backend of Magento.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- Communications with the vendor for pending details or for resolving their queries.
- Followup with the vendors for new Catalogue and Stock or Inventory.
- Providing a training to the vendors of - Vendor Panel- and - Vendor Admin Panel- .
- Checking of mails from all brands
PROCUREMENT
- Checking of orders received.
- Preparation of Invoice and Dispatching of products within a SLA.
- Preparation of daily sales report..
- Preparation of DHL, USPS, ICC Invoices.
- Tracking of products after the dispatchment.
- Dispatchment of product through different couriers DHL, USPS, ICC,
Listings of all the products on all panels(Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, etc)
- Receiving follow up from Sellersupport to make the product live on panels.
- Preparation of Portal file and Master file.
- Preparation of daily sales report as well as weekly report from all the panels.
- Competitive analysis between brands of same categories.
- Checking of mails from all brands.
- Preparation of Image Link.
- Promotion of products on all panels to increase sales by running paid campaign as well as free campaign and transferring the products to FBA and FA.
