Business Head - Club Membership (4-10 yrs)
Job Summary:
The aspirant will own P&L of the business line and drive strategy and execution in close collaboration with other lines of business. Focus areas will include identifying growth opportunities and establishing significant market share by leveraging best practices and innovative approaches across sales, business development, alliances and marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
- End to end P&L management for the category
- Manage the success of the category by driving the top line and bottom line performance
- Responsible for increase in memberships by analyzing customer base movement
- Conceptualize different programs and activities to have bigger transacting base
- Customer segmentation on the basis of pattern, identifying different problem areas and conceptualizing different programs to address it
- Business Analysis at customer level to address issues and develop strategy to increase active customer base
- Handling external agencies
- In depth analysis and ROI calculation for all CRM activities
- New tie ups
- Vendor management
- Customer success management to ensure long term customer retention
Requirements:
- Awareness of market trends & competitive pricing/ activities
- Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skills
- Strategic, Analytical & Number savvy
- Team Player & motivator with sound interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good influencing skills & coordination skill
- Target Oriented
- Networking & high consumer focus
- Experience in handling external agencies
- Excellent with MS Office tools(Word, powerpoint, excel)
- Experience in selling club memberships
