- Achieves revenue and profitability for business as per set targets.

- Reduction of manufacturing cost compatible with market.

- Generate revenues through nutrient solutions & seed treatment Solution.

- Overall managing the installation of Hydroponics machine as per stipulated timelines & Timely delivery of machine with zero defect.

- Keep the expenses within budget and ensures profitability.

- To contribute further towards innovation & improvement of the machine.

- Reduction of manufacturing cost to increase the reach.

- Waste Reduction.

- Marketing & Execution of Project within defined timelines

- Explore the business Opportunities for Gaushala & Large Dairy farms.

- Oversee all operations & engineering in order to produce desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy & mission.

- Audit & Compliance at the workshop and Ensure the satisfactory experience of customers.

- Visit important vendors & distributors-nationally & internationally.
