Business Growth Specialist - Cards/Global Payments Firm - Contractual Role (10-15 yrs)

- Our client, a Global Payments Firm is working with a prominent bank in UAE and is looking for a growth specialist to support them on this project. The scope of work is focused on working with the bank and payment firm team to identify and drive acquisition initiatives.
Below summarizes the responsibilities of the consultant :
- Drive conversion across the sales funnel and optimize experience based on historical learning
- Lead a team of marketers, media planners, performance marketers and analytics to drive client engagement across acquisition and spend initiatives
- Develop initiatives to drive KPIs across acquisition and spend
- Manage and align all client and payment firm stakeholders
- Use design thinking principles with HELO methodology to create best-in-class customer journeys
- Performance management (KPIs) of acquisition and spend
An ideal candidate would have :
- 10 to15 years of experience in driving acquisition and growth in a similar role for a Fintech
- Prior experience working in the banking/financial services industry
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12-month contract with a high possibility of extension. The selected consultant would be required to relocate to Dubai for this project.
