Business Growth Role - Sales - IT (0-1 yrs)
Your responsibilities will include :
1. Developing a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.
2. Initiate contact with potential clients, present the company's products or services, and tailor solutions to address their specific needs and challenges.
3. Developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
4. Identifying and analyzing key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.) to improve Product development and implementing growth initiatives especially for Book keeping module.
Key Requirements :
- You have a bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge in Accountancy field would be a plus.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills.
- You are familiar with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- You are proactive and can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
