We're searching for an outstanding Business Growth Manager Sales to join our vibrant Sales Department ,covering Kolkata & Guwahati
CTC: - 4.00 LPA - 6.50 LPA + Incentive + Extra benefits (PF , Gratuity, Group insurance ETC)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Meet revenue targets and drive team performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
