Business Growth Executive - AIML (1-3 yrs)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emerging technologies, a strong understanding of AI/ML solutions, and a proven track record in driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients,and contributing to the overall growth strategy of our AI/ML offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential clients within the AI/ML space.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Understand client needs and present tailored AI/ML solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore new business opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with the technical and product teams to develop proposals and present AI/ML solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI/ML technologies.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to help shape future offerings.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related
field. An MBA is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT industry, with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in various industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
