Business Fuel - Manager - Business Development (4-6 yrs)
This position is responsible for the bit of Business Development planning and execution of the plans to reality in order to strengthen our presence and take our value proposition to major suppliers across India & abroad and head the Business Development Team. This position works closely with the management, and is part of the global marketing team. The successful candidate will apply and advance his/her integrated sales & business development skills in this role.
Key Account-abilities:
- Head the Business Development Team and makes sure they reach their targets.
- Help the team make sales calls aggressively and talk to suppliers and pitch in our services.
- Support supervisor in driving projects aimed at increasing efficiency, cost reduction, quality enhancement.
- Acts quickly to solve problems in area of responsibility
- Maintaining and Providing Timely data to management as per agreed frequency or as and when required.
- Work with other departments for all new roll out.
- Negotiation & liasoning with vendor.
- Understands the operation and can add value to operation processes as and when required.
Skills We Are Looking For
- Good English
- Leadership Skills
- Additional Indian language would be welcome
- Eye for Detail
- Working knowledge of MS office tools
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and motivate peers.
- Must be able to work independently as well in a team
- Should be able to handle and maintain large number of documents
- Must be keen on working in a startup environment
- Ability to multitask, remain calm and complete work under high pressure situations and tight deadlines
Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers would be preferred.
Education: Any graduate (Finance specialization not required). Female candidates preferred.
